At Wheel Zone, we stand behind the quality of our products and prioritize your satisfaction. Below are the stipulations for returns and exchanges, applicable for purchases up to 14 days post-delivery. Beyond this window, items are supported by our comprehensive limited warranty. All items returned will undergo a detailed inspection to ensure they meet our standards.
Returns Policy
We welcome returns within 14 days of delivery. To facilitate a smooth process, Wheel Zone reserves the right to apply a restocking fee up to $399 to cover labour, logistical expenses and transaction costs, as well as re-stocking fees.
14-Day Satisfaction Promise
We’re confident in our products, but if you’re not completely satisfied within the first 14 days post-delivery, we will honor a return with these guidelines:
- Initiate your return by reaching out to our Customer Service team.
- Ensure that all original packaging, documentation, and accessories are included with the return.
- Items must be returned in their original, unblemished packaging. Compromised packaging will nullify the return guarantee.
- Merchandise must be undamaged, unaltered, and in sellable condition. Deviations from this standard will result in a voided guarantee and warranty.
- Wheels must not have been mounted prior to return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Damages incurred during uninsured shipping will invalidate the return guarantee.
- Restocking fees may apply:
- Wheels and tyres that are in working order and free from defects may incur a $299.00 fee.
- Accessories in similar condition may incur a $49.00 fee.
- Additional charges may apply if the returned product requires refurbishment to restore it to its original condition.
- Refunds will be issued for the item’s invoice price minus any applicable restocking fees. Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Damages
If your item is damaged during transit, please document the damage (e.g., with photographs) and contact Customer Service immediately for assistance.
Damage Caused by Customer
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged by customer misuse, are missing parts, or are otherwise unsalable due to customer tampering, resulting in a voided warranty.
Purchases from Other Vendors
For items not purchased directly from Wheel Zone, please return them to the original retailer according to their return policy.
Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct one listed in your order. The same conditions for returns apply to exchanges:
- Contact Customer Service to start the exchange process.
- Include all original packaging and materials with the returned item.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Compromised packaging or altered merchandise will nullify the exchange.
- Wheel Zone will cover the return shipping and insurance fees for exchanges due to our error.
